If you're not familiar with Maple Memories - you can click on this link and it'll take you to their website.  Here's how we plan our weekends:  We begin on Thursday afternoon at 4:00pm (usually we can get into the house at NOON!), and don't have to be out of the house until Noon on Sunday afternoon (usually we can stay until 4:00pm)!

You have a 6 foot table to yourself, and are seated with your friends of choice!!  (we do assign seats, so that no ones left out if you aren't able to get there right at noon!)  The sleeping arrangements are somewhat the same - we try and room you with your friends!!  But all the bedding is supplied for you (pillow, sheets, blanket).  You can do whatEVER you choose!!  It's YOUR weekend!  You don't have to be at the house all weekend - you can go shopping, get a massage, go for a walk.....whatever tickles your fancy!!  Read a book, quilt, scrapbook, make cards, binge watch Netflix all weekend - no judgment whatsoever!!  

We are offering two different options for our Maple Memories weekend. Hosted ($175.00) and Non Hosted ($145.00) .  On a hosted weekend, we make a menu for the weekend, do the shopping for the supplies and prepare the meals as well.  (meals included are Friday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.  Sunday is leftovers!) You're more than welcome to bring your own food (if you're on a restricted diet, etc), snacks and any beverages you'd like to enjoy for the weekend!!  We do provide a case of water for everyone to enjoy for the weekend.  The only "housekeeping" you need to take care of, upon leaving, is to strip your bedding and take it and your bath towels to the basement - and dump your trash from your crop table!  That's it!!  We take care of the rest!!  Not Hosted weekends mean we'll either divide up the meals between all 12 of us that attend OR everyone is on their own for meals!!  We'll decide collectively as a group!
Now, for the fine print.....You can make a $25.00 down payment for your seat, but the balance of your weekend is due in FULL 60 days before the date of the weekend!  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!!

Please note that if at 45 days out, we have not filled all of the spots for the weekend, we all have a decision to make.  We will either cancel the weekend (and lose the deposit paid), or we will all have to pitch in additional money to cover the cost of the weekend.  There have only been a couple of times that we have had to cover one or two seats, so this is not likely - but please be aware that this COULD happen.  We totally understand that sometimes "life" just happens and you need to cancel, we all have those situations arise!!  We sign a contract with Maple Memories and are still responsible for the payment, so please understand our reasoning behind the non refundable deposits!
